A place to gather
yourself
when
things feel scattered.
I’m Nathan Foerger, a Registered Psychologist helping youth, emerging adults, and adults work through anxiety, stress, and the moments when life feels harder to hold together. Let’s make sense of what’s going on and find a way forward that fits you.
About me.
I have provided psychological counselling for over 12 years and have been a Registered Psychologist since 2022. I like to think of therapy as an opportunity for authentic connection guided by honesty, curiosity, and humour.
I work using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Existential Therapy, and a Client Centred approach.
Before private practice I worked in community mental health and with a community initiative against family violence.
